This Spanish-language webinar will cover issues around achieving health equity for LGBTQIA+ people, particularly those at the intersection of Latinx identity and sexual and gender minority identity. This session will be divided into two parts, with the first part covering basic terminology, health disparities experienced by LGBTQIA+ people, and minority stress frameworks for understanding these disparities.

In this second of our two-part Spanish-language series on Achieving Health Equity for LGBTQIA+ people, we will address how to overcome barriers to care for sexual and gender minority people, how to create a more welcoming health center for LGBTQIA+ and Spanish-langauge speakers, and how to emphasize resilience for sexual and gender minority people in a clinical setting.
